Zawadi Women's Choir
A women's choir has been established and is benefiting from Musical director Rachel Milne knowledge and skills. The idea of the Women’s Choir was born with the aim of helping to raise awareness of the Africa Centre. To bring together women who love and are interested in singing. It is about: reducing isolation, nourishing well-being, friendship, promoting African culture through music, valuing culture and learning African songs.
Membership of the choir is open to women of different ethnic backgrounds.
